Terms & Conditions and Disclosures

Corporate ownership and d/b/a disclosure: DriversInsuranceAgency.com is owned and operated by Drivers Insurance Agency, Inc. All state insurance brands in our network are d/b/a (doing business as) names of Drivers Insurance Agency, Inc., not separate corporations. References to a state brand identify the Corporation operating under that brand name. Brand ownership does not imply that every product or service is available in every state; insurance activities remain subject to applicable licensing and authorization.

Effective October 27, 2026. These Terms & Conditions and Disclosures describe use of DriversInsuranceAgency.com, the corporate website of Drivers Insurance Agency, Inc. Our Privacy Policy explains information practices and choices. Neither document supplies consent to marketing, lead sales, credit reports, or health-information disclosure.

Private company and state-brand network

Drivers Insurance Agency, Inc. is a private business, not a government agency. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States government or any state government. National imagery and colors are elements of our private corporate brand.

Our directory lists publicly launched state-brand websites. Building a network across all 50 states is an expansion goal, not a representation that every brand has launched or that we are authorized to sell every product in every state.

Insurance comparisons, sales, and compensation

Our business plans include comparing and selling insurance through appropriately licensed and authorized agencies. Availability depends on state licensing, insurer appointments where required, underwriting, eligibility, and policy terms. Comparisons may be limited to participating insurers and products and do not necessarily cover the entire market. No lowest-price or savings result is guaranteed.

An agency may receive commissions or other permitted compensation for insurance transactions. Specific compensation or referral arrangements will be disclosed where required. Only the applicable insurer’s policy and authorized transaction documents establish coverage. A website visit, message, resource link, or form submission does not bind, change, reinstate, or cancel insurance.

Planned organic, real-time insurance leads

In selected markets, we plan to sell consumer insurance inquiries generated through organic website traffic to insurance providers or agencies. Organic acquisition does not establish consent. Real-time delivery is an intended service characteristic, not a guarantee of availability, exclusivity, a sale, a quote, or response speed.

The corporate contact form is for general inquiries and is not a quote application or authorization to sell a consumer lead. A future consumer referral program requires its own collection disclosures, required permissions, privacy choices, and appropriate recipient controls before activation. Consumers will be informed of compensated distribution where applicable.

Prospective lead buyers must enter a separate written agreement before receiving leads. Such agreements must address permitted uses, consent evidence, privacy and security obligations, suppression requests, and restrictions on onward distribution. This website does not itself grant permission to buy, resell, or contact a lead. A purchased lead is not automatic proof of lawful marketing consent.

Communications and regulatory scope

TCPA and FCC: These terms and the corporate inquiry checkbox do not authorize automated advertising calls, marketing texts, or artificial or prerecorded voice marketing. Separate consent must be collected where required, and calling, do-not-call, identification, timing, and revocation rules remain applicable. Contact us to stop outreach using the methods in our Privacy Policy.

GLBA: Applicable financial privacy and state insurance notices, safeguards, and disclosure restrictions must be addressed in the relevant insurance process. These terms do not replace a required financial privacy notice or waive an opt-out right.

HIPAA: Do not submit medical records through the corporate form. These terms are not a HIPAA authorization or business associate agreement and do not establish that the website is a HIPAA-covered service.

COPPA: The corporate inquiry service is intended for adults age 18 and older, not children under 13. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child’s information. Applicable children’s privacy obligations are not waived by these terms.

FCRA: These terms do not authorize obtaining or selling consumer reports. Any report used in an insurance transaction requires a lawful permissible purpose and applicable transaction-specific procedures, including adverse-action notices when required.

Educational content and AI-assisted workflows

Resources provide general information and may contain errors or become outdated. They do not replace an insurance policy, individualized insurance advice, or legal, tax, or financial advice. Confirm material information with the appropriate licensed professional or insurer before acting.

We use AI-assisted website and content tools and are developing additional automation. The Technology Platform page distinguishes operating capabilities from planned integrations. AI output can be inaccurate; it does not make binding coverage or eligibility decisions on this corporate site. Search visibility, traffic, and marketing results are not guaranteed.

Resource links and voluntary partnerships

Other websites have their own terms and practices. A citation does not itself imply endorsement, government affiliation, or a referral contract. Resource partnerships are voluntary and do not require reciprocal links. You may link to public educational pages using accurate descriptions without implying endorsement. Linking does not grant permission to reproduce protected content or use our logos as your own branding.

Responsible use

Please provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious code, disrupt the site, bypass security, harvest personal information, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Do not submit confidential third-party records or sensitive information through the general form. Contact your servicing agency or insurer directly about claims, payments, or urgent policy changes.

Website availability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, general website information is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or a particular business result. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits rights under an insurance policy, or waives statutory consumer, privacy, or communications rights. These terms do not excuse fraud, willful misconduct, or other legally nonwaivable liability.

Illinois law applies to these website terms to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections of another applicable jurisdiction. Separate insurance policies and separately accepted agreements govern their own transactions. We may update these terms prospectively and provide notice or obtain agreement where legally required; a posted update does not create retroactive marketing or data-sharing consent.
